1 Corinthians 11:11-12 Weymouth
From the beginning, God ordained that male and female should be one in HIM. One sex is not more important than the other. Both are needed to complete God's plan.
"Yet, in the Lord, woman is not independent of man nor man independent of woman. For just as woman originates from man, so also man comes into existence through woman, but everything springs originally from God."
